What you can do with SpatialGlass

View spatial photos and videos directly

Open compatible HEIC and MV-HEVC spatial photos and videos without converting them first. Content captured with supported iPhone camera features or compatible applications such as Spatialify can be displayed directly through SpatialGlass.

Convert 2D photos and videos into 3D

The app uses depth-estimation models developed and tuned for stereoscopic viewing. Compatible photos and videos can be converted in real time, with an emphasis on strong depth and clean object edges.

Converted content can also be exported in SBS or compatible spatial formats, allowing you to view or share it on other 3D devices.

Adjust depth and convergence

Choose from three convergence presets and fine-tune the result while viewing. You can control whether subjects appear deeper inside the screen or extend further in front of it without having to recreate the original file.

Your preferred setting can be remembered for individual media, or you can save a new spatial or SBS copy with the adjustment applied.

Capture with a live 3D preview

On supported phones, the Spatial Camera feature provides a real-time stereoscopic preview while capturing photos and videos. This helps you evaluate composition, depth and subject placement before recording.

Browse compatible web content

The integrated browser detects supported 3D media and can display it through SpatialGlass. Conventional images and videos can also be opened with the available 2D-to-3D conversion controls.

View SBS and legacy 3D formats

SpatialGlass supports automatic and manual detection of side-by-side content, including half-SBS video. Portrait viewing is also supported for compatible photos.

Depth and convergence controls remain available for supported legacy content, helping you adapt older media to the phone display.

View supported VR180 photos and videos without putting on a headset. This is useful for previewing material captured with a VR180 camera or exploring immersive content directly from your phone.

Do I need 3D glasses or a headset?

No. SpatialGlass is designed to display a stereoscopic image directly on the compatible phone.

Does it work with ordinary 2D content?

The app can convert supported 2D photos and videos into 3D. Results depend on the source material and the complexity of the scene.

Can I view spatial content captured with an iPhone?

Yes. Supported HEIC and MV-HEVC spatial content can be opened directly without an intermediate conversion.

Can I use it with another phone of a similar size?

No. Each version is designed for a specific phone model. Select the exact device listed in your phone settings.

Does every compatible phone support spatial capture?

No. Only iPhone 15 Pro models and above. Check Apple/Samsung official compatibility list.

Can I export converted content?
